Job Title: Business Development / Sales Executive
Location: Lakowe, Lagos
About the Role
- We are representing a fast-rising Real Estate Company in Lakowe, Lagos, seeking a high-performing Business Development / Sales Executive to accelerate sales growth and deepen market penetration.
- This role is not for average performers—we are looking for someone who consistently delivers results, understands the local real estate market, and is eager to convert leads into multimillion-naira transactions. If you’re a goal-getter who thrives in a competitive environment and lives within or near Lakowe, this opportunity is for you.
Key Deliverables (Performance-Driven)
- Hit or exceed ₦10m in monthly property sales.
- Onboard 100+ active realtor partners every month to expand our sales pipeline.
- Maintain a 15–20% conversion rate from leads to closed sales.
- Conduct at least 4 property inspections weekly with qualified prospects.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with clients, investors, and realtor partners.
- Implement creative sales strategies to dominate the market.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven track record in real estate sales or business development.
- Strong ability to negotiate, network, and close deals.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and presentation skills.
- Ambitious, self-driven, and relentless about hitting targets.
- Must currently reside in or very close to Lakowe, Lagos (this is non-negotiable).
Salary
N200,000 monthly (slightly negotiable) + highly attractive commission structure.
