We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Sous Chef
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Purpose
- To assist the Head Chef in managing the kitchen, supervising staff, and ensuring quality and efficiency in daily food operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee kitchen operations in Head Chef’s absence.
- Supervise and coordinate staff during shifts.
- Ensure food quality and consistency.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering.
- Support training and mentoring of junior chefs.

Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Diploma / Certificate in Culinary Arts.
- 3–5 years kitchen experience with supervisory duties.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
