Duties and Responsibilities
- Actively supporting the team’s client retention strategies by providing excellent service to customers.
- Serve as the primary daily service contact for the clientsÂ
- Conduct accounts reviews to track customer needs and usage trendsÂ
- Track and maintain customer data/informationÂ
- Initiate the development of products required to meet customer needsÂ
- Market the Bank’s products to meet customer needsÂ
- Ensure efficient service and maintenance of existing customersÂ
- Perform all other duties as may be assigned by the Business Manager.
- As part of the Bank’s Information Security requirements, maintain the security of all Information entrusted to the staff and comply with the principles and policies in the Information Security Handbook
Requirements
Education:
- Minimum Education: HND / B.Sc. in any discipline, with minimum of Upper Credit for HND and 2.2 for B.ScÂ
- MBA/ACCA or post graduate education as added advantage.
Experience:
- Minimum experience –6 years relevant banking (marketing/business development) experience.
