Role Overview
- We are hiring a Social Media Manager to help us grow and manage our online presence.
- This role is perfect for someone passionate about digital marketing, storytelling, and engaging audiences.
- You will work in an agile team to create, schedule, and monitor content that reflects our brand’s voice and supports client campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and implementing social media strategies across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X (Twitter).
- Create and schedule engaging posts, stories, and reels that align with brand guidelines.
- Monitor trends, conversations, and audience engagement to optimize content performance.
- Collaborate with the design team to create visuals for social media.
- Track performance metrics and provide basic reports on campaign results.
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms and best practices.
- Creativity and good writing skills for captions and short-form content.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a remote environment.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with social media management tools like TikTok Studio or Meta Business Suite is a plus.
- Familiarity with basic design tools such as Canva or CapCut is an advantage.
