Job Title: Revenue Manager – Sales & Field Strategy (Retail + Platform Expansion)

About the Role

  • Majeurs Holdings is seeking a highly driven and performance-focused Revenue Manager to lead our sales operations, drive revenue growth, and oversee pricing, forecasting, and optimization across our pipeline, showroom, and project channels.
  • This is a leadership role — not just a sales position. You will manage 10–20 field sales representatives, establish performance systems, ensure pipeline discipline, and close key strategic deals.
  • Reporting directly to the CEO, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our retail and platform expansion strategy.
  • The ideal candidate is structured, accountable, and highly motivating — capable of driving results while building a high-performance sales culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and manage a sales team of 10–20 reps (including recruitment, training, and performance reviews).
  • Personally close high-value/strategic deals (VIP clients, architects, large bundle orders).
  • Drive pipeline growth, showroom traffic, and CRM compliance.
  • Ensure pipeline coverage ≥3× monthly target.
  • Boost showroom sales, walk-in conversions, and event participation.
  • Achieve monthly closure of ≥25% of qualified leads.
  • Increase Average Order Value (AOV) by ≥1.5% month-on-month.
  • Collaborate with marketing and the CEO on forecasting, campaigns, and revenue expansion opportunities.

Who You Are (Ideal Candidate)

  • Highly organized with strong team management skills.
  • Confident in motivating teams and handling performance challenges.
  • 4+ years’ proven sales experience, with at least 1 year in a team lead/management role.
  • Proficient in CRM tools and performance tracking.
  • Emotionally intelligent, energetic, and steady under pressure.
  • Bonus Advantage: Experience in furniture, interior design, architecture, or manufacturing sales.
  • Professional and polished, capable of representing a premium design brand.

Compensation Structure

  • Component Value
  • Base Salary N400,000/month
  • Monthly Commission N250,000 – N600,000 (performance-based)
  • Year-End Bonus 0.75% bonus if profit margin reaches 15–19.9%
  • Profit Share Annual share if ≥ 20% margin (with quarterly visibility)
  • Earning Potential: Up to N1,000,000/month + N1M–N3M annual bonus
