Job Title: Driver Assistant (Motor-Boy)

Job Summary
- As the Driver Assistant (Motor-boy), you will support the Hiab Truck Driver in transporting, loading, and unloading heavy goods, including electricity pole installations.
- You will assist with crane operations, route planning, and ensure safety compliance throughout the delivery process.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Hiab driver in loading, unloading, and securing goods during transport
- Support pre-trip inspections and help maintain the vehicle and crane in good condition
- Collaborate with the driver and team members to ensure timely deliveries
- Follow all health, safety, and regulatory procedures during operations
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Driver Assistant or in a similar role
- Physical fitness and ability to perform manual lifting and handling tasks
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work weekends, overtime, and long hours as required
Salary
NGN 70,000 / Month + Weekly Trip Allowance.
