Job Title: Business Development Manager / Business Manager (Real Estate)
Location: Ikoyi, Lagos

Responsibilties
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to boost brand awareness, lead generation, and tenant acquisition
- Identify and secure new business opportunities, partnerships, and growth markets
- Oversee property sourcing, setup, branding, furnishing, and conversion to hospitality-grade standards
- Manage day-to-day operations, guest services, maintenance, and quality assurance across all properties
- Build, train, and oversee a high-performing network of agents and brokers to drive sales
- Lead digital and offline campaigns, public relations, and market positioning initiatives
- Set revenue targets, forecast sales, and optimize pricing strategies to maximize returns
- Recruit, train, and supervise hospitality and support teams, ensuring service standards are met
- Implement SOPs, compliance frameworks, and performance tracking systems
- Coordinate project rollouts, expansions, and cross-functional initiatives
- Ensure budget adherence, cost control, and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Estate Management, Business Administration, or related fields (Postgraduate degree an advantage)
- Minimum of 12 years’ combined experience in property management, hospitality, and business development/marketing
- Proven track record in growing occupancy, managing multi-site assets, and delivering revenue growth
- Experience in agent/broker management, brand building, and digital marketing
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Business development, sales, and marketing expertise
- Property & hospitality operations management
- Agent network growth and performance management.
