Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Technical Project Associate to join our nonprofit organization. As a Technical Project Associate, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the planning, execution, and management of projects aimed at advancing our mission. You will collaborate with the project manager, team members, and partners to ensure the successful implementation of our initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning, organizing, and coordinating project activities, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. 
  • Maintain thorough and organized project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, and meeting minutes.
  • Assist in the planing, coordination, and delivery of training programs on cutting-edge R/ Python ensuring excellent learning experience.
  • Assist in preparing training curriculum and design various instructional techniques to engage participants and optimize learning outcomes.
  • Monitor project progress, track key milestones, and oversee the completion of project tasks within established timelines.
  • Identify potential project risks and challenges, and collaborate with project leads to develop mitigation strategies.
  • Support the efficient allocation of project resources, including volunteers, materials, and funding.
  •  Assist in research execution and data analysis to inform project decision-making and drive evidence-based strategies.
  • Engage with the community and stakeholders to gather feedback, share project updates, and foster collaboration.
  • Provide administrative assistance to project managers, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing project-related documentation.

 Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
  • Proficiency in advanced Excel and project management tools (proficiency in Python /R is a plus). 
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
