Job Description
- Are you a detail-oriented finance professional with a passion for budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis? We are seeking aFinancial Planning and Reporting Officer to support our finance team in delivering accurate financial insights, driving compliance, and enhancing business decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and financial reports
- Support the development of financial models and performance dashboards
- Conductvariance analysis and track financial performance against budgets
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and year-end management reports
- Ensure timely financial compliance and audit support
- Collaborate with business units to align forecasts with operational data
- Maintain and improve financial reporting templates and tools
- Assist in ERP and reporting system enhancements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 5-7years’ experiencein financial planning, reporting, or audit
- StrongExcel skills(financial modelling, pivot tables, advanced formulas)
- Knowledge ofIFRS/GAAP reporting standards
- Exposure toERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)is an advantage
- Experience in Oil & Gas, Energy, or FMCG sectorsis a plus
