Summary

  • As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting the company’s financial products and lending solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities across various market segments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive customer acquisition and retention.
  • Promote and cross-sell the company’s lending products and financial solutions.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and provide insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Develop proposals and deliver effective sales presentations to potential clients and partners.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Track, measure, and report on business development activities, pipelines, and performance targets.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of business processes and customer engagement strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • 2 – 4 years proven experience in business development, sales, or relationship management, preferably in a fintech company or a financial institution.
  • Strong understanding of financial products, lending processes, and customer lifecycle management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Goal-oriented with a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and ability to meet targets.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools; CRM knowledge is an added advantage.

Salary
N300,000 – N400,000 / month.
