Job Title: Territory Sales Executive (TSE)

Job Summary

  • Drives volume and value sales within assigned territory by executing route-to-market strategies, managing trade partners, and identifying new market opportunities.
  • Ensures sales targets, retail expansion, market discipline, and brand availability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales volume and value targets for assigned SKUs and channels.
  • Build and deepen distributor/retail networks in assigned geography to maximize market share.
  • Maintain healthy and long-term partnerships with retailers, wholesalers, and other trade partners.
  • Follow call cycles, track route efficiency, and provide structured feedback to management.
  • Execute merchandising and trade marketing activities as planned by brand and commercial teams.
  • Provide daily reports on sales, returns, competition, pricing, and retail feedback through digital tools.
  • Capture and escalate insights on consumer trends, market opportunities, and pricing gaps.

Requirements and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess.

  • B. Sc/HND in any related discipline.
  • Minimum of 2 years hands-on experience in retail and open market sales 
  • Strong knowledge of Benue State and its environs
  • Proven experience in:
  • Communication and relationship management
  • Daily sales tracking, route planning, and performance reporting
  • Sales activation, merchandizing and in-store execution
