Job Summary

  • We are seeking an experienced, results-driven supply & marketing lead to oversee the efficient sourcing, inventory management, and strategic marketing of our construction materials.
  • The role requires a proactive professional who can ensure an uninterrupted supply chain, manage vendor and customer relationships, develop marketing strategies, and drive sales growth in line with the company’s objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Supply Chain:

  • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies for construction materials, ensuring quality, competitive pricing, and timely delivery.
  • Monitor inventory levels, manage stock replenishment, and prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
  • Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure prompt and cost-effective transportation of goods.
  • Implement systems to track supply performance and optimize procurement processes

Marketing & Sales Strategy:

  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and market share.
  • Identify target markets and customer segments within the construction industry.
  • Oversee pricing strategies in line with market conditions and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create promotions, advertising materials, and product displays.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adjust strategies accordingly.

Customer & Vendor Relationship Management:

  • Maintain strong relationships with key customers, contractors, and developers.
  • Provide technical and product knowledge support to clients.
  • Build and maintain trust-based partnerships with suppliers.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting:

  • Track and analyze supply chain metrics, sales performance, and marketing ROI.
  • Prepare regular reports for management on supply, marketing, and sales activities.
  • Recommend improvements based on performance data and market analysis.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in supply chain, procurement, or marketing—preferably within construction materials, building products, or manufacturing.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and ERP/inventory management software.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of the construction materials market and its supply dynamics.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities.

  • Competitive salary (N150,000 monthly) with performance-based incentives.
