Job Title: Account Manager (Structure Builder & Financial Systems Lead)
Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Job Summary
- We are seeking a proactive, experienced Accountant to join our team and establish a solid accounting system from the ground up.
- This is a foundational role,ideal for someone who enjoys creating structure, setting up controls, and driving transparency in finance operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Set up and manage the full accounting framework and systems
- Design and implement financial policies, controls, and SOPs
- Handle all bookkeeping, reconciliations, and reporting
- Prepare monthly P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
- Oversee invoicing, receivables, payables, and vendor payments
- Support payroll, tax filing, and statutory compliance
- Work with department heads to create budgets and track spending
- Provide insights to management for financial decision-making
Requirements
- B.Sc. or HND in Accounting or Finance; ICAN or ACCA in progress or completed
- Minimum of 5 years accounting experience (real estate or service industry is a plus)
- Strong knowledge of accounting software
- Experience setting up accounting processes or managing finance in a startup environment
- Attention to detail, integrity, and the ability to work independently
- Strong analytical, organizational, and reporting skills
Added Advantage:
- Experience with property/project cost tracking
- Understanding of tax and regulatory compliance for Nigerian SMEs
