Job Description
- We are seeking an experienced Industrial Catering Company Boss to lead our team in providing high-quality catering services to the oil and gas industry, particularly in offshore environments.
- The successful candidate will have a strong background in industrial catering, preferably with experience working offshore, and will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise catering operations, including food preparation, service, and logistics.
- Ensure high standards of food quality, safety, and hygiene.
- Develop and implement menus, recipes, and catering policies.
- Manage budgets, inventory, and supplies.
- Lead and motivate a team of catering staff.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Relevant certifications or training in Catering, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Proven experience in industrial catering, preferably with offshore experience.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
