We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Loan Collector
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Contact delinquent borrowers via phone calls, SMS, emails,
- Remind clients of overdue payments and explain possible consequences of noon payment
- Negotiate and set up repayment plans that align with company policies and the borrower capacity
- Monitor repayment agreements and follow up
- Update loan repayment status in the companys database or loan management system.
- Maintain confidentiatility when handling clirnt information
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly recovery repports and management.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a minimum of SSCE qualification with 0 – 2 years work experience.Â
Salary
N90,000 – N180,000 per month.
