Job Title: Quantity Surveyor

Job Summary

- We’re on the lookout for a talented individual who can manage costs, add value, and keep our projects running efficiently and economically.
Responsibilities include
- Preparing tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities
- Performing cost analysis and managing budgets throughout project life cycles
- Advising on procurement strategy and financial risks
- Liaising with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors
- Managing valuations, progress reports, and final accounts
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the construction industry
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Familiarity with project management and cost-control software
- Membership with NIQS or similar professional body is an advantage.
