Job Description

  • This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Development Representative, located in Lagos with some work-from-home flexibility.
  • The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, conducting outbound sales activities, developing business opportunities, and maintaining effective communication with potential clients.
  • This role requires proactive engagement with prospects, maintaining detailed records of sales activities, and collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to achieve targets.

Requirements

  • Experience in Outbound Sales and Sales Development
  • Strong skills in Lead Generation, Lead Qualification and Business Development
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
  • Previous experience in a software or finance sales environment is advantageous
