Job Description
- The Business Development Executive will support the growth of NoemDek’s Transport Division by identifying and securing new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue.
- This role includes contributing to overall strategic development and managing the end-to-end tendering process.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Operations Manager in all sales-related and analytical activities.
- Develop and execute growth strategies focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
- Identify new business opportunities, develop targeted strategies, and coordinate business generation efforts.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Lead the preparation and submission of tenders, bids, and proposals, ensuring compliance with client and regulatory requirements.
- Track and respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Invitations to Tender (ITTs), and Expressions of Interest (EOIs).
- Represent the company at client meetings, presentations, and industry events.
- Collaborate with management to set and meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Prepare and review contracts, ensuring alignment with legal and company standards.
- Maintain organized records of revenue, invoicing, and client interactions.
- Conduct regular market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Qualifications & Experience
- B.Sc./B.A. in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in business development or sales.
- Prior experience in vehicle leasing or transport services is required.
- Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in preparing and responding to tenders is a strong advantage.
Required Skills:

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and persuasion abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Solid understanding of transport/logistics market dynamics.
- Ability to build rapport and foster long-term relationships.

- High attention to detail and organizational ability.
- Typing proficiency of at least 60WPM is an added advantage.
