Requirements
- Diploma in Phlebotomy/Medical Lab Technology
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience as a Phlebotomist or Phlebotomy Technician
- Flawless technique & a calming presence
- Top-tier communication skills.
- Experience with effective puncture skills
- Understanding of proper patient identification methods.
