Job Summary
- We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Sales Representative with a minimum of 1 year of proven sales experience.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying prospects, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Present, promote, and sell services to existing and prospective customers.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and trends.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and deliver accurate sales reports to management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute sales strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market activities.
Requirements
- OND / HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 1 year proven experience as a sales representative or in a similar role.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented, with a passion for exceeding targets.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
