Job Description
- We are seeking an experienced and motivated Retail Supervisor to lead our team and support store operations.
- This is a great opportunity for someone with leadership experience in a retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily store activities and sales staff
- Provide training and guidance to team members
- Ensure inventory is managed and displays are well-stocked
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet targets
- Handle customer issues and ensure high service standards.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess an HND in a related field with 3 – 4 years work experience.
- Proven supervisory or team lead experience in retail
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
Work Schedule:
- 4 days per week, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- 2 compulsory Sundays per month.
Salary
N150,000 / month.
