Job Title: Operations Manager

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Who You Are

  • You are an experienced operations professional with a strong background in retail, logistics, or inventory management—ideally within the fashion or lifestyle sector.
  • You’re proactive, organized, and analytical, with a flair for structure, team leadership, and continuous process improvement.
  • You thrive in dynamic environments and know how to keep retail operations running efficiently and profitably.

What You’ll Do
Retail Operations & Oversight:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations across all sales channels (physical store and online).
  • Manage stock levels, inventory controls, and product restocking.
  • Supervise retail staff and ensure consistent adherence to company standards.

Process Development & Optimization:

  • Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) across all departments (sales, customer service, inventory, delivery).
  • Monitor operational performance and suggest improvements to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Vendor & Logistics Coordination:

  • Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely procurement of materials.
  • Oversee order fulfillment, logistics, and delivery processes.

Team Management:

  • Lead and mentor in-store and operations teams.
  • Oversee scheduling, performance reviews, and team development.

Reporting & Analysis:

  • Track sales, inventory turnover, and customer feedback.
  • Provide weekly and monthly operational reports to management with insights and recommendations.

Customer Experience:

  • Ensure excellent in-store and post-sale customer experiences.
  • Work with customer service teams to address escalations and improve processes.

Requirements

  • 4–5 years of experience in operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Background in fashion is a strong advantage.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, POS systems, inventory management software, and Google Workspace.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

Salary
N500,000 monthly (Net)
