Job Title: Production Manager (Fashion House)
Location: Agungi, Lekki – Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time, Onsite (Monday–Saturday)
Overview
- We are hiring a Production Manager to oversee garment production at our fashion house.
- You’ll manage dress allocation, supervise tailors and embellishers, ensure quality control, and meet client deadlines.
- Ideal for someone with excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Allocate and track dresses through all production stages
- Supervise and motivate tailors, embellishers, assistants, and interns
- Ensure production meets quality and client deadlines
- Communicate with clients on order progress and issues
- Collaborate with design and sales teams
- Maintain performance records and production reports.
Requirements
- HND/B.Sc. in any discipline.
- 3–5 years experience in garment production or fashion house
- Strong leadership and time management skills
- Attention to detail and quality assurance experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and production tools
- Bonus: Experience in high-end fashion or supply chain management.
