Job Description
- Taking Orders: Accurately taking food and drink orders from customers.
- Serving Food and Beverages: Delivering orders to customers in a timely manner.
- Providing Customer Service: Ensuring customers have a positive dining experience.
- Handling Payments: Processing transactions and handling customer payments.
- Maintaining Cleanliness: Keeping the dining area and tables clean and organized.
- Managing Tables: Coordinating table assignments and ensuring efficient service.
- Communicating with Kitchen Staff: Relay orders and feedback to kitchen staff.
- Handling Customer Complaints: Resolving issues and providing solutions.
- Multitasking: Managing multiple tables and tasks simultaneously
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 2 – 4 years work experience.
Salary
N50,000 – N60,000 Monthly.
