Job Summary
- The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing key accounts, particularly in the high-end retail market (e.g. villas and luxury estates), and achieving revenue targets. The role focuses on driving sales growth, nurturing client relationships, and ensuring a premium customer experience.
- This position also involves internal coordination between the Sales, Design, and Quantity Surveying departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy & Planning: Collaborate with the Sales Manager to develop and execute comprehensive sales plans aligned with business objectives.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with high-profile and key clients by understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
- Business Development: Prospect, identify, and secure new business opportunities to drive growth.
- Sales Forecasting & Reporting: Analyze sales data, prepare accurate forecasts, and provide regular performance updates to management.
- Market Analysis & Research: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for competitive advantage.
- Negotiation & Closing: Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and deal finalizations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with Marketing, Design, and Quantity Survey teams to deliver a seamless and high-quality customer experience.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc Degree
- Proven Sales Experience: Demonstrated success in a senior sales role; experience in the Furniture, Real Estate, Building, or Construction Industry is a strong advantage.
- 4-5 Years Sales Experience.
- Strong Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport.
- Negotiation Skills: Skilled in negotiating terms, pricing, and closing high-value deals.
- Analytical Ability: Able to analyze sales data and market trends to inform decision-making.
- Industry Insight: Good understanding of market dynamics and the competitive landscape.
- Customer Focus: A strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service and fostering long-term client relationships.
- Sales experience in Furniture, Real Estate, Building, or Construction Industry is preferred. (Candidates with Sales experience in other sectors can also apply).
Salary
N300,000 – N500,000 monthly.
