Job Title: Personal Trainer / Fitness Specialist
Location: Abuja (FCT)
Job Description
- A Physical Trainer/Fitness Specialist designs and implements exercise programs to help clients achieve their fitness goals, improve overall health, and improve overall well-being.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement personalized fitness plans for clients.
- Assess clients’ fitness levels.
- 3Conduct fitness assessments and track client progress.
- Provide guidance on exercise techniques, safety, and proper form.
- Motivate and support clients in achieving their fitness goals.
- Track client progress and adjust plans as needed
- Develop and lead group fitness classes or personal training sessions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in any discipline or related filled
- Minimum of 4 years experience
Skills and Qualities:
- Strong knowledge of exercise science, anatomy and human physiology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire clients.
- Certification in personal training (e.g., ACE, NASM, NSCA)
- First aid and CPR certification (often required).
Salary
N250,000 – N300,000 Monthly.
