Job Brief

  • Our client in the FMCG is seeking for experienced Sales Executives with a strong background in Modern Trade sales within the FMCG sector.
  • In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling their cashew products to modern trade outlets like supermarkets, hypermarkets, and chain stores.
  • You will also manage key accounts, negotiate product placement, and drive sales growth through in-store execution and customer relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell cashew products to modern trade outlets (supermarkets, hypermarkets, chain stores).
  • Build and manage relationships with modern trade buyers and store managers.
  • Negotiate shelf space, pricing, and promotional deals with retailers.
  • Execute in-store promotions and product displays to enhance visibility and sales.
  • Monitor and analyze competitor activities, market trends, and consumer behavior.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Provide regular sales reports and feedback to management.

Requirements

  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3-6 years of experience in FMCG sales, specifically in Modern Trade (supermarkets, hypermarkets, and chain stores).
  • Strong knowledge of modern trade structures, sales negotiations, and retail merchandising.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently in the field.
  • Ability to meet sales targets and provide insights into market dynamics.

Salary
N250,000 / Month (gross) + Commission.
