Job Title: Technical Asset & Maintenance Manager
Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Job Type: Permanent / Full-time
Job Description
- Develop and implement a full-scale asset integrity and lifecycle management strategy, aligning with operational, safety, and compliance requirements
- Maintain a comprehensive and accurate asset register, detailing asset type, location, operational status, condition, maintenance history, and expected service life.
- Oversee the preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment, ensuring maximum uptime, equipment availability, performance, and longevity
- Monitor asset utilization metrics to identify underused or idle equipment, drive operational efficiency, and recommend redeployment or disposal strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering).
- MBA or relevant sales certifications are a plus
- Minimum of 5–7 years of progressive experience in asset management, maintenance supervision, or equipment integrity roles within the oil & gas industry.
