About the Role
- As our General Manager, you will oversee daily operations, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure smooth workflow across departments.
- You will be responsible for driving company growth, managing staff effectively, and implementing processes that align with our luxury real estate standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the company.
- Lead, supervise, and support staff across all departments.
- Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability.
- Ensure company policies and procedures are followed.
- Work closely with the CEO to execute strategic goals.
- Monitor performance metrics and prepare regular reports.
- Maintain a high standard of client service and staff professionalism.
- Coordinate between remote and on-site teams for seamless operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a leadership/managerial role.
- Previous experience in the real estate, construction, or luxury service industry is an added advantage.
- Strong organizational and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office).
- A team player who can manage hybrid workflows.
