About the Role
- We are seeking a highly creative and strategic Content Strategist / Reels Video Creator to join our innovative team.
- This hybrid position is ideal for someone who can produce engaging short-form video content while also developing and implementing content strategies that align with brand goals and resonate with our target audience.
- You will be responsible for crafting and managing compelling video content—especially for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shots—and overseeing the broader content calendar to drive engagement, visibility, and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective content strategies across digital platforms
- Plan and create engaging short-form video content, especially Reels and TikToks
- Identify current trends, hashtags, and visual styles to ensure timely and relevant content
- Draft scripts, shot lists, and creative briefs for video production
- Manage the content calendar and campaign timelines
- Work collaboratively with other content creators, graphic designers, and the marketing team
- Monitor analytics and adjust content strategies based on performance
- Occasionally appear in front of the camera or provide creative direction for talent.
Essential Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor`s Degree
- 1 – 3 years of professional experience in content creation, content strategy, or digital marketing
- Strong video editing skills using tools such as CapCut, InShot, Canva, or similar
- A portfolio or examples of short-form video work (personal or client-based)
- Understanding of visual branding and tone of voice
- Based in or able to work from Ikorodu, Lagos with flexibility for occasional in-person meetings.

Salary
N100,000 – N120,000 monthly.
