Job Summary
- We are hiring a Laboratory Assistant to support day-to-day laboratory operations.
- This role is ideal for candidates with a science background who are looking to grow in the medical diagnostics field.
Responsibilities
- Assist in specimen collection and labeling
- Support scientists in preparing samples and reagents
- Clean and sterilize lab equipment and surfaces
- Manage inventory and stock of lab supplies
- File reports and maintain patient records
- Observe strict hygiene and safety protocols
Requirements
- Minimum of OND, Certificate, or Diploma in Science Laboratory Technology or related field
- Previous experience in a medical laboratory setting is an advantage
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions
- Basic computer literacy is a plus
