Job Title: Executive Assistant to the CEO
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 3-6 years work experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational & multitasking abilities
- High level of discretion and professionalism
- Provide high-level executive support to the CEO, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
- Manage day-to-day office operations
- Act as a gatekeeper and liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
- Work independently to ensure the CEO’s time is efficiently allocated and priorities are addressed.
