Job Title: Social Media Content Creator

About the Role
- We’re hiring a Social Media Content Creator to join our creative team in Abuja. This is an On-site role combining content creation (photo/video) with social media strategy and management.
- As a member of our core team, you’ll help shape how audiences engage with our films, our cast, and our brand — from behind-the-scenes moments to full campaign rollouts.
Responsibilities
What You’ll Do:
- Develop & execute engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, Threads & more
- Capture and edit short-form video (BTS, cast clips, interviews, reels)
- Manage social media accounts: scheduling, community engagement, and growth
- Track and analyse performance using analytics tools
- Stay updated on social media trends and apply them to strategy
- Collaborate with crew, cast, and marketing to align campaigns with film narratives
- Write compelling captions, post copy, and newsletter updates
- Travel to set locations and work flexible hours when production demands it
Requirements
What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in social media management and content creation
- Strong video editing & design skills (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Canva, etc.)
- Excellent storytelling and copywriting abilities
- Good eye for visuals and fast-paced digital trends
- Knowledge of the film, entertainment, or media industry is a strong plus
- Proficiency in analytics tools (Meta Suite, TikTok Studio, YouTube Studio, etc.)
- Comfortable working on-set, in high-pressure creative environments
Bonus Skills (Not Required, but Nice to Have):
- Prior experience working with film crews or talent
- Experience with paid ads (Meta, TikTok, Google)
- Familiarity with influencer marketing and PR in entertainment
- Understanding of SEO and YouTube content strategy.
