Job Description
- We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Recruitment Executive to join our HR team in a leading manufacturing company in Niger State.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, sourcing top talent, and supporting workforce planning initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical roles
- Develop sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates
- Coordinate interviews, assessments, and onboarding
- Maintain accurate recruitment reports and talent pipelines
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR, or related field
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in recruitment (manufacturing industry preferred)
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Full-Life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting Skills.
- Experience in Interviewing and Hiring skills.
- Employer Branding skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
