Summary
- We’re seeking an experienced Security Supervisor/Chief Security Officer (CSO) to oversee and manage our organization’s security operations.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the security operations of our organization, ensuring the safety and security of our employees, assets, and premises.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage security personnel, including guards and CCTV operators
- Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and protocols
- Conduct risk assessments and security audits to identify vulnerabilities
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies and other stakeholders as needed
- Monitor CCTV systems and respond to security incidents
- Provide training and guidance to security personnel
- Investigate security breaches and incidents
- Work closely with other departments to ensure a safe and secure working environment.
Qualifications
- HND / BSc Degree in any field
- 5 years of experience in a security supervisory role
- Security Related Certifications
- Relevant Training Certificates
- Proximity to Iyana Isolo/Oshodi will be considered
- Strong knowledge of security protocols and procedures
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and make sound judgments
- Relevant security certifications or training (e.g., CCTV operation, first aid).
