Job Title: Quantity Surveyor
Location: Lagos Island, Lagos
Role Description
- This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quantity Surveyor, located in Lekki. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing the day-to-day tasks include cost control, budget management, preparation of Bill of Quantities (BOQ), cost planning and reporting, and ensuring that the financial objectives of projects are achieved.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in interior fit-out or joinery projects
- Strong skills in Cost Control, Cost Management, and Cost Planning
- Experience in preparing and managing Bill of Quantities (BOQ), Cost estimation and budgeting
- Proficiency in Cost Reporting
- Familiarity with interior drawings and project specs
- Attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
- Effective communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Professional certification or membership of relevant professional bodies (e.g., RICS, NIQS) is a plus
- Familiarity with construction software and tools.
