Job Title: Retail Sales Representative

Summary

• We are looking for a hands‑on and customer‑focused Retail Store Rep.
• You’ll curate personalized gift selections, guide customers through purchase choices, manage daily store operations, take inventories and create engaging weekly social media content using Canva, CapCut, and AI tools.

Job Description

• Oversee daily opening, closing, and operational routines.
• Engage with walk‑in and online customers, helping them select tailored gifts based on occasion, budget, and recipient.
• Curate unique gift packages and suggest upsell options to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Plan and create daily contents for the company’s social media platforms
• Track content performance and adjust strategies to boost engagement.
• Maintain accurate inventory tracking, and keep regular sales record
• Update and analyze sales and inventory data for daily and monthly reporting.
• Basic knowledge of using Canva, Capcut and other similar apps (added advantage).

Key Requirements

• Qualification: Minimum of OND with 1 – 5 years work experience.
• Female (For gender balance)
• Age range : (22-30yrs)
• Proven experience as a retail store repin a similar role (added advantage)
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple events simultaneously.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Excellent communication skills; friendly, approachable, and must pay attention to details
• Basic proficiency in Canva, CapCut, or similar editing tools (social media content production).
