We are a fast-growing and dynamic hospitality group with business units that include a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR), a Fine Dining Lounge, and a vibrant Nightclub.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Digital Marketer

Location: Ikate, Lekki – Lagos

Job Overview

  • The Digital Marketer will develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns that promote our brand, products, and services.
  • This role will enhance our digital presence, engage our target audience, and contribute to overall business growth.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of current marketing tools, trends, and strategies, and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities
Campaign Development & Management:

  • Plan, develop, and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages, ads, and campaigns tailored to different audience segments and channels.

Content Creation & Strategy:

  • Design and execute content strategies for social media platforms, blogs, and other online mediums.
  • Develop engaging and high-quality content, including images, videos, and written copy, optimized for SEO.

Social Media Management:

  • Oversee the company’s social media presence across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok).
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on engagement, reach, and other key metrics.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

  • Track, analyze, and report on website traffic, conversions, and user engagement using tools such as Google Analytics and social media insights.
  • Prepare monthly/quarterly performance reports, including insights and recommendations for optimization.

SEO & SEM:

  • Conduct keyword research and optimize website and content for search engines.
  • Develop and manage PPC campaigns, ensuring optimized cost-per-click (CPC) and a strong return on ad spend (ROAS).

Email Marketing & Automation:

  • Design and manage email marketing campaigns, including customer segmentation, scheduling, and performance analysis.
  • Implement automation workflows for lead nurturing, onboarding, and re-engagement.

Brand Management:

  • Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms, ensuring all communications align with company guidelines.
  • Support brand growth by engaging with online communities and fostering positive relationships with influencers and partners.

Market Research & Competitor Analysis:

  • Conduct regular market and competitor analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
  • Stay updated on digital marketing industry trends, tools, and techniques to improve campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. A relevant certification (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Facebook Blueprint) is a plus.
  • Experience: 2-5 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role, with a proven track record of successful digital campaigns.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media advertising platforms.
  • Knowledge of SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs), email marketing software (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot), and content management systems (CMS), such as WordPress.
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing software is a plus.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, creative, and proactive with strong project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Salary
N200,000 – N250,000 Monthly.
