We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Operations & Listings Coordinator

Location: Abuja (FCT)

Job Description

  • Coordinate property inspections to ensure listings meet StayAssist quality standards.
  • Manage host onboarding documentation including KYC and verification materials.
  • Upload, review, and maintain listing data on the backend dashboard, from descriptions to pricing, photos, and availability.
  • Collaborate with our Host Relations and Tech teams to troubleshoot listing issues and improve overall property visibility.
  • Track listing performance and provide insights to optimize guest experience.
  • Maintain an organized pipeline of hosts and listings in various stages of onboarding.
  • Support trust and safety checks in coordination with the Risk & Compliance team.

What We’re Looking For

  • Have 2+ years of experience in operations, property management, hospitality, or marketplace platforms.
  • Are highly organized and detail-obsessed — nothing gets past you.
  • Have solid working knowledge of digital tools and admin dashboards.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally — with hosts, teammates, and vendors.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, tech-forward, startup environment.
