Job Title: Onshore Field Operations Contracts Engineer
Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
About the job
- The holder has to support the JV Onshore in all tasks and domains as advised by Senior Liaison Officer such as: Work with the Admin team to follow-up payments for running contracts especially salaries related and monthly performance report by department JOB
Activities
- Work in close relationship with JV Onshore admin team for monthly performance
- Work in close relationship with Finance team to follow-up running contract monthly payments
- Work with Cost control monthly report for transaction listing and commitment analysis presentation
- Support NUIMS BUDGET / Performance defense
- Support JV Onshore to follow up payments for running contracts, especially salaries related
- Prepare monthly performance report by department
Context and environment:
- The job is situated in PHC office
- Job is on a permanent basis and not rotational
- Work and interact with relevant entities (Division, Department and Units) of the company
Accountabilities:
- To reduce payment delay for community contractors to Zero tolerance
- No overperformance of any departments.
Requirements
- Graduate with at least 5 years of experience of work in the Oil & Gas Industry
- Must be Excel / PowerPoint expert
- Must be very analytical with the ability to propose innovative and workable alternatives or solutions.
- Very fluent in spoken and written English.
