Job Description
- At Mono, we are building the future of open finance across Africa by helping businesses access and move financial data in real-time.
- We are looking for a Sales Associate to help us grow by generating leads, qualifying opportunities, and closing deals for some of our most important products, including GSI, Mono Direct Debit, and Mono Connect.
- This role is perfect for someone who is driven, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced sales environment.
- You will be responsible for sourcing new business, managing early-stage deals, running demos, and helping us build a healthy, scalable sales pipeline.

What You Will Be Doing
- Source and qualify new leads through outbound outreach and inbound channels
- Manage and close deals with low-to-mid ticket customers
- Support the sales team with pipeline documentation, reporting, and CRM management
- Run product demos and follow up with prospects to move them through the sales funnel
- Maintain clean and accurate records of leads, deals, and communications in our CRM
Requirements
We are looking for someone who:
- Is ambitious and results-driven.
- Communicates with clarity and confidence, especially during prospecting and sales calls.
- Follows through with leads and doesn’t drop the ball.
- Works well independently and can manage a fast-moving pipeline.
- Is detail-oriented and disciplined with CRM hygiene and reporting.
- Has 1–3 years experience in a sales or customer-facing role (preferred, but not required).
- Maintain clean and accurate records of leads, deals, and communications in our CRM.
