Role Overview
- Lead strategic marketing and sales initiatives to drive customer acquisition and platform growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
- Manage and mentor mid-level marketers and sales staff.
- Analyse market trends and customer data to optimise campaigns.
- Collaborate with product and digital teams to align marketing with platform features.
- Drive revenue growth through targeted acquisition and retention strategies.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Customer acquisition and conversion rates.
- Campaign ROI and engagement.
- Team performance and goal achievement.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
- 5+ years in sales or marketing leadership roles.
- Experience with Nigerian digital consumer markets.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong leadership and communication.
- Strategic thinking and analytical skills.
- Proficiency with marketing platforms and tools.
Work Environment & Culture:
- Hybrid office and field environment.
Career Progression:
- Senior Marketing Manager or Business Development Director.

- Must understand Nigerian social media trends and consumer behaviour.
