Job Title: Construction Property Manager

Job Responsibilties
- Oversees the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects.
- Ensures project are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Coordinates various stakeholders, manage resources,
- Adhere to safety regulations.
- Point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and other relevant parties.
- Maintain communication and reporting on project progress.
Requirements
Key requirements include:
- Interested candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor`s / Master`s Degree with 4 – 110 years work experience.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes,

- Cost control.

Salary
N250,000 – N300,000 monthly.
