Job Title: Field Sales Manager

Overview
- We are seeking a dynamic and results oriented Field Sales Manager to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in selling beverages with a proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage distributor relationships effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver monthly sales targets for the territory
- Ensure consistent availability of our products at the distributor outlets
- Identify, create and execute opportunities with distributors to increase both sell in and sellout
- Effectively manage the resources allocated for sales operations within the assigned territory
- Supervise, coach and train the sales Team to enhance their ability t sell and merchandise our products effectively
- Foster team collaboration to achieve territory objectives
Requirements
- Minimum Qualification: HND (Higher National Diploma) or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years in a similar role preferably within the FMCG(Beverage) industry.
- Strong territory management skills, including customer/outlet mapping, call/route planning, volume planning, and market analysis.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Ability to use smartphones and familiarity with sales applications.
Salary
N240,000 / Month.
