Job Description
- We are hiring a reliable Inventory & Sales Officer to support daily operations in our college kitchen.
- The ideal candidate will manage kitchen stock, keep accurate records, and handle sales to students and staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and organize kitchen supplies.
- Track stock levels and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Process sales transactions using a POS machine.
- Record daily stock and sales activities.
- Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure stock availability.
Requirements
- Possess an OND in Accounting, Business Administration, or any relevant Social Science discipline
- At least 1 year of experience in storekeeping or cashier roles.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer tools (e.g., Excel).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
