Job Title: Inventory Lead

Job Summary
- As the Inventory Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing inventory operations, ensuring optimal stock levels, accuracy, and timely reporting.
Responsibilities
- Monitor, track, and reconcile inventory across warehouses, storage rooms, and outlets.
- Lead daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts and investigate discrepancies.
- Develop and enforce inventory control procedures and best practices.
- Collaborate with procurement, warehouse, and operations teams to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Analyze inventory data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics to ensure efficient stock movement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory management.
- Proficiency in inventory management systems.
Salary
N300,000 – N350,000 / Month.
