Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, management consulting, or corporate finance
- Demonstrated experience evaluating and executing investments in Nigeria or comparable markets
- Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills — both written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliver under pressure
- Deep interest in gender lens investing and private capital’s role in driving inclusive growth
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field; MBA/CFA a plus.
