Job Title: Product Analyst

Job Summary
- We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Product Analyst to support our travel and hospitality company in optimizing products, improving customer experiences, and driving data-driven decisions.
- The ideal candidate will evaluate product performance, customer usage patterns, and market trends to recommend strategic enhancements that align with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze product performance, customer feedback, and user behavior to identify trends and insights.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to monitor key product KPIs.
- Work closely with the product, marketing, operations, and technology teams to define metrics for success.
- Conduct competitor and market analysis to benchmark product offerings and identify opportunities.
- Participate in product roadmap planning by providing data-supported insights and impact assessments.
- Conduct A/B testing and post-launch analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of new features or campaigns.
- Collaborate with UX/UI teams to identify usability improvements based on user data.
- Support product launch and optimization activities with in-depth performance reviews and forecasting.
- Prepare presentations and reports for internal stakeholders to support decision-making processes.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Statistics, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in product analysis, business analysis, or a similar role, preferably in travel, hospitality, or tech industry.
- Experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar, Mixpanel).
- Understanding of A/B testing methodologies and statistical concepts.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude toward product improvement.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
