Job Title: Accounts Clerk
Location: Ibadan, Oyo

Description
- Provide support for project management activities through project documentation and filing management.
- Check and review project partners report and assist in the provision of justification report for the Project Managers.
- Support project financial reporting process by retrieving support documents, and scanning of project documents when required.
- Assist in the preparation of donor’s financial report and invoicing when due.
- Provide support to treasury activities on suppliers, partners and other customers payment and documentations.
- Assist sin payroll documentation, collate casual labour, consultants SIWES, NYSC performance of duties documents and filling activities.
- Assist in expense claims processing where there is pressure especially during interim audit and preparation towards year-end-audit.
- Perform any other job-related task as may be assigned by the Supervisors.
Qualifications
- O’level qualification with a minimum of three (3) years experience performing a similar role in a well-structured environment.
Competencies:
The ideal candidate must:
- Be computer literate with a fair knowledge of ProMIS, CC to Excel, etc.
- Have good communication skill (written and oral).
- Be a team player, honest and hardworking.
- Be able to work extra hours when the needs arise.
