Job Description
- We are currently recruiting for the position of Project Supervisor on behalf of our client in the manufacturing industry.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising daily project activities, ensuring execution aligns with safety and technical standards, and coordinating contractors on-site.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop detailed daily work plans, identifying and sequencing tasks necessary for successful project completion.
- Supervise the execution of projects in accordance with approved plans and ensure proper documentation and security of project files.
- Monitor the quality of work completed by contractors and ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
- Provide direction and oversight to contractors, ensuring proper execution of work and adherence to safety measures, including the use of PPEs.
- Enforce strict compliance with safety protocols, conduct daily checks, manage work permits, and implement risk identification and mitigation plans.
- Maintain a safe working environment for all personnel on the project.
Requirements
- Educational Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Industry Experience: Must have prior experience in the manufacturing sector.
Work Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience.
- At least 2 years of relevant supervisory experience in project execution.
Technical Skills:
- Strong project supervision and planning skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong understanding of safety procedures, technical drawings, and equipment handling.
- Excellent communication and team coordination abilities.
